In this blog post, we will show you how to make iced coffee with ice cream in just a few simple steps. So gather up your ingredients and let’s get started! 

Start with the right base

To begin with, keep in mind that, regardless of all the extras, coffee is the star and determines whether or not you’ll enjoy the drink. That is why, when it comes to coffee, we should be especially careful.

We should select high-quality roasters who offer freshly roasted and finely ground beans. The manner in which we prepare it is also crucial. For example, if you’re creating a conical or flat white, use an espresso machine or a moka pot. Essential strong brew works well with milk and other additions while still emitting its distinct aroma.

Furthermore, if you don’t want your coffee to be diluted with ice cubes, freeze coffee cubes ahead of time – they’ll keep the drink cool and make it even stronger. Of course, if you’re concerned that this is too much caffeine for you, reduce the amount of espresso used.

How to use syrups in ice coffee

A cup of black coffee with ice cubes or a glass of milk in the morning is sufficient. Summer, on the other hand, brings with it leisure, comfort, and small pleasures. Basic recipe idea

  • double espresso
  • 2 teaspoons of brown sugar or your favorite flavored syrup
  • ½ cup (125 ml) of cold plain milk or plant-based milk
  • a scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • your favorite chocolate
  • ice cubes or frozen coffee cubes
  • whipped cream


Make espresso, sweeten it with brown sugar (optional) and let it cool. Cool tall glasses in the freezer.

Pour your favorite syrup (optional) onto the bottom of the glasses, then add espresso.

Add half a cup of cold milk, ice cubes / coffee cubes and stir. Finally, add a scoop of ice cream.

Top with whipped cream, syrup and grated chocolate. Serve immediately after preparation
